DUInsure Competition Terms & Conditions

• One entry will be granted per policy purchased.
  
• Any cancelled policies will be ineligible for the prize draw.
• This competition is only open to UK residents who are travelling or intending to travel with a DUInsure policy
• The IPad2 Air will only be sent to a UK address. You will have a choice of prize. The travel money prize will be required to be paid into your bank account, so to choose this option you must have a valid bank account. If you choose the funds to be paid into a foreign bank account, the funds paid will be subject to a fluctuating foreign exchange rate and the cost of transfer will be deducted from the amount paid.
• The winner will be chosen at random on the 1st January 2016 and will be notified via email. They will have 14 days to respond. If they do not do so, or have entered an incorrect email address, the prize will be redrawn at a later date as necessary.
• The decision regarding the drawn winner is final and no correspondance will be entered into.
• The competition will run from 10/09/2015 until 31/12/2015
• DUInsure will not pass on your details to any 3rd party although by purchasing a policy, you agreed to all terms and conditions as stated both through your Policy Wording and Privacy Policy on this site.
• The IPad Air 2 will be a 16GB model. Any other features are optional.
• DUInsure will not be responsible for the use of your IPad Air, which includes damage, misuse, loss, theft or any other instance where your device ceases to perform its expected functions
