People travelling to Beijing this summer on a budget have been pointed in the direction of seven affordable hotels in the Chinese capital.
With the Olympic Games set to kick off next month, the city is sure to be awash with travellers and sports fans from all over the world.
The natural consequence is that accommodation could be hard to come by as bookings continue to soar, but travel website TravelBite.co.uk has suggested that good deals are still available.
For example, backpackers will be particularly interested by the Sanlitun Hostel, which is located in the heart of the city's bar and nightlife district and costs just £15.66 per night.
The website explains: "For shoppers, the famous YaShou shopping market is just two minutes walk from the hostel, with designer clothes at a fraction of western prices.
"The hostel claims to offer some of the most comfortable beds in Beijing for weary travellers. Dormitories, doubles and triples are available and there is a restaurant and a travellers' bar."
The other establishments listed by the website are the Alley Garden Courtyard Hostel, the Houhai Courtyard Guest House, the City Walls Courtyard House, the Wangfujing International Youth Hostel, the Happy House and the Sleepy Inn Hostel.
