Backpackers who pick-up new NZ travel mag could buy gap year insurance

Young backpackers with limited budgets will be well catered for according to Let's Travel's publishers.

The magazine's managing editor Gayle Dickson said: "'Let's Travel is a magazine that will really search out unusual and quirky places in New Zealand that appeal to us all."

Armchair-travellers as well as more seasoned adventurers would find plenty of interest in the bi-monthly publication, she added.

The magazine's publisher carried out a survey of travellers from New Zealand and abroad before Let's Travel's launch and says that this information has given it an "inside-track" on the industry.

Let's Travel says it keeps advertising copy to a strict 35 per cent limit so readers can enjoy the magazine's "uncluttered appearance".
