Tourism Western Australia has announced that Qantas airlines and electronics conglomerate Sony have both decided to film in the region.
Locations such as Broome, Home Valley Range and Bungle Bungle Station also provided a backdrop for Baz Luhrmann's epic film Australia
Qantas' new marketing campaign went live in August, while Sony is planning to film in the Pinnacles, an area famous for its spectacular limestone formations.
Stephanie Buckland, marketing director for Tourism Western Australia, said: "WA has some truly beautiful locations, places that can be found nowhere else on the planet.
"It is a thrill seeing these unique WA images alongside shots of Paris and London."
The Qantas advert also showcases a number of other top Aussie destinations, including Cape Leveque, El Questro and the Bungle Bungle Range in Purnululu National Park, which is listed as a Unesco World Heritage site.
