Cheap travel insurance could be purchased by backpackers planning to take yoga classes while visiting Australia.
Around 600 people took part in an immense yoga class, which was held recently in the early morning on Bondi Beach in Sydney.
The range of age groups attending the event demonstrated the wide appeal of yoga, with children as young as three-years-old and elderly women of nearly 90 showing up for the hour-long class.
Rebecca Attenborough, a spokeswoman for the event, which was organised by the online community Gumtree, said: "The event aims to encourage people to take part in activities in their local community and improve their health and wellbeing, with new research showing that getting a sense of community spirit helps happiness levels."
Organisers arranged mats for everyone who showed up, with participants including city professionals and backpackers among the diverse crowd.
Sydney is a popular city for backpackers, many of whom head towards the hostels on offer in the Manly Beach suburb.
